The Partnership of East London Co-operatives is a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering NHS healthcare services in Outer North East London. PELC provides four Urgent Treatment Centres, two co-located with Emergency Departments and two on community sites. We have some of the highest utilisation rates at one of the busiest emergency departments in the country.
We manage a successful, long-standing out-of-hours service for 1.1 million patients and award-winning services for the homeless and asylum seekers
